Born from a passion for exceptional coffee and warm, welcoming spaces, our story began in Greece in the small island of Salamina, where we learned the true meaning of hospitality and the art of crafting the perfect cup. Now we have expanded our shops in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Barcelona. Come visit us and share a cup of coffee, we are excited to hear your stories.

PURPOSE

Our purpose is to bring people together through the simple pleasure of a great cup of coffee. We believe in the power of coffee to create moments of connection, spark conversations, and build bridges between cultures.

Rooted in our Greek heritage and inspired by our new homes in the Netherlands and Spain, we are passionate about creating warm, inviting spaces where everyone feels welcome. We exist to make every visit memorable — from the first sip to the last smile - while contributing positively to the communities we serve and promoting a more sustainable world.
